One or two sentences on what you're trying to do and who it's for.
The data
What you have, roughly how much, and where it lives. "5,000 PDFs in a shared drive" is plenty of detail.
The constraint
Anything fixed: a deadline, a budget range, or data that can't leave your infrastructure.
Not needed
A spec, a slide deck, or ML knowledge. That's our job, not yours.
